Lake Run, Camlough 21/12/25
The Sunday before Christmas traditionally marks the annual 7 mile Lake Run on the scenic country roads around Camlough Lake in South Armagh. 3 North Down AC athletes joined almost 600 runners with Mick Hall the first of the trio to finish in 1:06:09. Sandra Hall and Andrea Green both ran 1:15:05 – a cooldown run for Andrea after celebrating her 250th parkrun on Saturday!

NDAC Charity Presentation to North Down & Ards Women’s Aid
As well as thoroughly enjoying themselves at the North Down AC Christmas dinner earlier this month, club members donated money to support North Down & Ards Women’s Aid. £641 was raised on the evening and the club committee matched this donation enabling NDAC to present this essential charity with a cheque for £1282 which will be used to support women, children and young people who use their services. Thank you to all in the club for your generosity.
