Easter Monday saw the annual 5 mile race around Whitehead. First competed for in 1924 and hosted at various venues before settling on the current hilly course, the event attracts quality runners. Jessica Craig finished 2nd female in a pb time of 30:20, particularly impressive considering her flu like symptoms. Gareth Watton finished in 15th position with a quality 29:22 over the undulating course in blustery conditions.
