The session is open to all and is the same each week

1 mile Warm Up

4 mile Tempo Pace

1 mile Cool Down

Each athlete decides what tempo pace they are going to try and hold for the 4 miles. The athletes are sent out in waves, the slowest first, with the aim that everyone finishes at the same time.
