Sarah Gibson ran her third 10 mile race in 5 days and Paula Simpson her second as both headed to Dublin’s Phoenix Park for the Irish Runner 10 Mile Championships on Sunday 23rd July. Both ran well within the times they set in Portaferry and Sarah finished in 1:08:55 as 5th F50 taking more than 5 minutes off her time at the same event last year. Paula took an incredible 14 minutes off her time from last year to finish in 1:20:54 as 9th F55.
