Congratulations to North Down AC’s Jack Russell and Rachel Gibson who ran the Raheny 5 mile race in Dublin on 29th January. Jack recorded a PB of 28:33 and Rachel wasn’t far behind with an excellent finish time of 31:18. The race comes highly recommended with strong representation from some of the Belfast clubs, children’s races beforehand and, as Jack reports, the “best goodie bags ever experienced!”
