Coleraine Campus NI & Ulster 5k Championships 2023
North Down’s speedy Run Hub pair, Sarah Gibson and Paula Simpson continued their recent form of smashing PBs at the 5k championships set within the campus of the University of Ulster, Coleraine on Friday 10th March. Sarah dipped under 21 minutes for the first time recording a new PB of 20:43 while Paula took 35 seconds off her previous best at the distance, with a new PB of 22:36.
