Donald Smith traveled to Estonia at the weekend to take part in the Tallinn 10k on Saturday 9th and the Tallinn Marathon on Sunday 10th September. Both races started close to Freedom Square beside the walls of the stunning old town, a UNESCO world heritage site. The relatively flat single loop courses afforded views of centuries old steeples and towers lending a picturesque backdrop to the rising heat, particularly on marathon day. Donald completed the 10k in 49:44 and the marathon in 3:50:20.
