North Down AC’s Jack Russell was in action at the Athletics Ireland Track and Field Live at the National Indoor Arena in Dublin on 24/02/23. He won his 800m heat, taking the lead with @300m to go and building on this lead for the final 1 1/2 laps, smashing his previous best time with an incredible new PB of 2:05:01.
