6 of North Down AC’s younger runners were in XC action in Gowran, Co Kilkenny on Sunday 19th November at the 123.ie National Senior, Junior & Juvenile Even Age Cross Country Championships. Undeterred by the muddy conditions Caitlyn Dickinson and Freya Lowry ran strongly in the U14 girls’ race while in the U14 boys’ event Ethan Constable, Sebastian Mair and James Blease all had excellent runs. Holly Blease also had a fantastic run in the U16 girls’ race and Oliver Playfair tackled the U18 and U20 races.
