Although she ran the Portaferry 10 mile road race on Tuesday few North Down club mates were surprised to see Sarah Gibson line up for another 10 mile race on Saturday 22nd July. More than a few were surprised to learn that this was just a warm up for another 10 miler on Sunday…
The Blayney Rockets AC 10 mile race started in Castleblaney, Co Monaghan and took in the beautiful surroundings of Loch Muckno before finishing with a lap of the St. Mary’s track in the town. Sarah finished the race in 1:35:12.
