6 North Down runners took the ferry from Ballycastle to Rathlin Island for the annual 10 mile run, arguably one of the most scenic runs in Northern Ireland and probably the hilliest 10 miler out there! Clair Quigley was the first of the North Down team to negotiate the undulating roads and strong headwinds out to the turnaround point at the West Lighthouse bird sanctuary finishing 10th overall and 3rd female in 1:14:56. Emma Fox won the F45 age group in 1:26:26. Claire Scott was next to cross the line in Church bay in 1:27:05 with Ben Jenkins only seconds behind in 1:27:22. Abby Andrews completed the run in 1:28:42 and Tracy McKittrick completed North Down AC involvement in 1:35:14.
