Francis Marsh and Michael Dyer shook off their recent colds to help Herne Hill Harriers extend their lead over Thames Hare & Hounds in the 10-to-score Surrey XC League division 1, by racing the 5m 2-lap race 3 at Wimbledon Common. Francis found the fast course to his liking to notch up his highest ever placing in the league to finish 15th and 3rd vet, with Michael keeping his consistency in this league in placing 25th.
