Lisburn Cross Country

[Not a valid template]There was a good club turnout on Saturday, spread across the ages, at the Lisburn Cross Country, held at Moira Demesne on a rotten day weatherwise. The Scott sisters, Lauren and Clare, were 7th and 10th in the 2 mile girls U18 race with Leigh McWha 15th. Good packing in the 3 mile boys U18 race saw Brian Barron 5th, Thomas Simpson 6th and Jordan Stokes 7th. Glenn Willis had a great run in the 1 mile boys U13 race for 2nd in 6;13 min. Stephanie Hambling  and Lynne Kerr were 9th and 15th in the 3 miles Senior Womens race with Stephanie 2nd F35 and Lynne 1st F40. In the 4 miles Senior Mens race George Bell was 1st M50 in 17th overall and Ian Atkinson was 3rd M35 in 20th overall. David Seaton pipped Norman Lellyett to the M60 prize and they were 27th and 28th overall while Ken Hawtin was 45th and 1st M70.
