The finalists for the BAL 10 in 100 Cup and Plates in Bedford on 18th Aug have been announced . The teams in the Mens Plate Final are Bolton, City of York, Coventry, Exeter, Herts. Phoenix, North Down, Tamworth and Woking. The events have been slightly changed with hammer replacing shot and steeplechase replacing 3000m.
