New Beginnings – Colin Walker

Aimed at those new to running or coming back after a break who are able to run 5k continuously in 21-38 minutes (approx 7-13 mins per mile) and not yet comfortable progressing to 10k. Aged 18+

Couch To 5K (C25K) – Gordon Matchett

A running plan for absolute beginners, meeting twice a week. The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks. Aged 18+
