It seems as if the North Down Grand Prix has been dormant with the last race early in February. However Race No 6 is approaching fast. The Queens 5K is a popular race within the club and was the choice for March but is to take place on Wednesday 2nd April (7.00 pm) after the clocks go forward..Race No7 follows quickly on its heels with the Titanic 10k on Sunday April 6th (2.00 pm). We then have a break until May 16th with the Les Jones 10k. Hope the road runners are up for it. Due to a high concentration of races in April and May, we have made a decision to remove the Ards 5 mile race from this year’s Grand Prix. We are replacing it with the Ards Half Marathon, scheduled for Friday, June 27th.
