We don’t normally mention parkruns these days as they are so numerous and so many do them but a couple of runs from the Bangor event on Saturday deserve mention. Dennis Scott in training mode ran the course in 16:35 mins to regain the course record (from Jordan Stokes from Stephen Wylie). Also the youthful Murphy Miller was 2nd lady in 19:34 min (6th overall) to become the fastest club lady over the Bangor course. Congratulations also to the Bangor parkrun team on staging an additional successful event on Christmas Day.
