[Not a valid template]The organisers of the Belfast City Marathon held their annual prize-giving on Wednesday for the 2013 event, held on the May Day Bank Holiday. Contributing to the glitz and glamour were Julie Balmer, 4th lady overall and the North Down Ladies Relay team. Catherine Roberts, Ali Robinson, Marie Devine, Kathy Graham and Rachel Gibson were 2nd in their category. [Not a valid template]There was also a special presentation of a new award; this was a trophy for the first Northern Ireland lady to finish, presented in memory of the legendary Northern Ireland runner, the late Moira O’Neill who sadly passed away in August 2012. Julie Balmer had the honour of collecting this prestigious prize, which was presented by Moira’s family
