The current injury situation among North Down Senior Men deepened last weekend when Tom Reynolds finished the AAA of England Decathlon Championships with lower back muscle problems and seems to be out for the season. Tom managed to complete the decathlon finishing 9th with a score of 6059 points. His scores were – 100m 11.99 (-3.5) 653 pts : LJ 6.23 (+2.0) 637 pts: Shot 11.67m 586 pts: HJ 1.84m 661 pts: 400m 51.97 726 pts: 110mH 16.61 (+0.8) 666 pts: discus 32.12m 506 pts: PV 3.93m: javelin 39.68m: 1500m 4:55.06 min 589 pts for a total of 6059.
