Robin Brown finished 3rd in the annual CUH&H vs. Thames Hare&Hounds 7.5m XC race at Wimbledon Common. Robin scorched round in 38:44 (2:43 better than 2008). At the ECCU relays in Mansfield, Lauren Scott lifted Birmingham Uni "B" team 4 places to 8th on the last leg of the Junior women"s 3×2.5k race (9.33 split). Both Lauren and Robin are progressing well and looking forward to competing in the Irish Inter-counties XC on Sunday 22nd – where there should be a strong North Down contingent of 8-10 athletes competeing.
