Hot sunny weather was the order of the day on Saturday in Ballymena where Ballymena Runners promoted the ECOS 5 mile road race. North Down had 4 runners led by Simon Seaton, 8th overall in 27:49 min, with Mark Weir 22nd in 29:37 min, 3rd M35. Debbie Matchett was 78th in 34:43 min. 6th in the ladies race and 2nd F40. Andrew Muir in 96th ran 36:12 min.
