There has been plenty of midweek off-track action this week with good weather to boot. Following on after the Newry Half and Full Marathons on Monday, the Pioneer Lagan Valley Trail Series launched on Tuesday in Belvoir Forest. David Seaton was 19th in 31:47 min, taking the top M60 spot. On Wednesday there was the Craigavon Lakes 10K in which Andrew Muir had a seaons best of 41:58 min for 41st and John McGarvey edged back to fitness with 94th in 47:38 min.
