Mark Patterson shook off his below par performance in last weekends AAI U20 champs to smash his pb and club record with a 1:49.20 in placing 3rd at 800m in the Mannheim junior international meet in Germany. Mark had already achieved a World Juniors Champs qualifying time earlier in the season, but this 1.7sec improvement to move to top of the Irish U20 rankings shows he”s coming into top form.
