Running for a combined Northern Ireland and Wales team on Wednesday evening in a Super 8 meeting at Scotstoun in Glasgow, Ben Reynolds was 6th at 110m hurdles in 14.19 secs. Unfortunately a +3.5 wind rendered the time ineligible for record purposes as, apart from being a pb, 14.19 would equal the 37 year Northern Ireland record of Charles James Kirkpatrick, set in Edinburgh in 1973. Aother Northern Ireland call up comes for Roberta Dornan who races in Blacburn on Sunday in the Pennine Lancashire International 5K Road Race which acts as the Home Countries International Road Race Challenge and the 2010 England Athletics 5K Road Champs.
