On a beautiful sprng morning. six North Down Runners featured on Saturday in the weekly 5K ParkRun at Belfast Waterworks. Jessica Craig in her second outing over the course was again 1st in the ladies race in a time of 19:05 min, just outside her pb. It was pb time for Debbie Matchett who was 3rd lady in 19:35 miin. Other running girls were Nicola Simpson in 22:51 and Colleen Duff in 27:03 which was another pb. Quickest of ther club runners was Thomas Simpson in 18:08 while John McGarvey was 20:41. Both were seasons bests.
