Terry Eakin ran 7:29 min and Pat O’Driscoll ran 10:55 on Tuesday 13th in Castlewellan in the Mill Isle Mile. Thats maybe the Mile High Mile – its the masochist’s uphill run up the notorious slope. At the weekend Andrew Muir ran a pb of 95:00 min in the Dublin Half Marathon. Chris Bryan who won the Victoria Park ParkRun on Saturday in 17:24 min has now joined North Down. Chris, as a Yorkshireman, needs no other recommendation.
