ParkRun continues to provide a weekly test and opportunity to improve road form and there was another healthy turnout of club athletes at Victoria Park on Saturday. Terry Eakin led the way with 5th overall in 18:24 min in his 56th ParkRun. Steve Wise improved his club 5K pb to 19:44 and Nick Irvine had a Victoria Park pb with 19:53, supporting the club afterwards at Ballyclare. Valerie McDonough was 2nd lady with a pb of 21:15, Sarah Benton was 4th lady with 24:29 and another pb went to Marie Devine with 24:17 for 8th lady. there were 85 finishers including 89 year old John McKeag of Ballydrain Harriers.
