The Mourne area of Outstanding Natural Beauty hosted the “26 Extreme” organised races on Saturday 11th. North Down had a very healthy representation in all of the races ranging from 10K to Ultra Marathon.
Having rented accommodation in Rostrevor the athletes made sure they were in top form for the races which were run in favourable weather conditions.
Well done to all who participated and who enjoyed the team spirit throughout the weekend.
