There is just no just stopping Ben Reynolds who took an astonishing 0.29 secs off his 60m pb on Sunday in Cardiff at the UWIC Grand Prix. Ben ran 6.95 secs to smash the 7.02m North Down record, held by Gareth Gettinby since 2001. Ben will go again this weekend in the Southern Championships at Lee Valley where he is also entered in 60m hurdles.
