The Castle Park Cross Country Relays will be held on 15th January 2005 from 12.00pm. Over a 1 mile course there will be events for Senior Men (1 lap; 2 laps; 2 laps; 1 lap), Senior Women (1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap), Veteran Men (1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap: 1 over 40; 1 over 45; 1 over 50), U14 Boys (1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap, U14 Girls (1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap), U16 Boys (1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap), U16 Girls(1 lap; 1 lap; 1 lap).
As you go into Bangor from Belfast at the 2nd roundabout turn right up past the Police Station and Leisure Centre, follow the road round left to the multiplex cinema and bingo hall, parking there or at the Picnic Area next to the Town Hall. Registration is at the Picnic Area.
