Seven Sisters Challenge
North Down was represented in North Donegal over the weekend, with Robert Eadie taking on the 26km Seven Sisters Challenge first thing on Saturday morning. Set amongst the spectacular scenery of the county’s highest peaks, including Errigal (751m) and Muckish (667m), the challenge required runners to navigate their way to a series of checkpoints, to record their progress along the way to the finish. Despite the course being reported to be closer to 30km, Robert acquitted himself very well and finished a commendable 17th overall in 5:05:23.
