The British Masters Open Cross Country Championships are coming to Bangor and will be held in Castle Park over the Junior course. The event will be organised by the Northern Ireland Veteran Athletics Association on Saturday 12th March in partnership with North Down Borough Council and entries should be made to BMAF XC CHAMPIONSHIP, c/o 1 WILMONT PARK, DUNMURRRY, BELFAST BT17 9JW. Entries close on 23rd February and no late entries will be accepted.
The timetable is
RACE 1, 5km WOMEN ( all ages ) and MEN over 70, 12.00pm
RACE 2 10km MEN 50 – 69, 12.45pm
RACE 3 10km MEN 40 – 49, 2.00pm
RACE 4 10K MEN 35-39, 2.45pm (non championship)
ENTRY FEES Members of a Veteran Club, ?6.00
All other competitors who must include proof of age e.g. photocopy of birth certificate, driving licence, passport etc, ?8.00
