Friday evening saw the return of the Comber 10k where 610 runners completed the course. Of those finishers North Down were well represented and featured strongly in the overall results.
Jessica Craig had a successful outing as she won the ladies race in 34:36 and James Budde came very close to making it a double as he came within 2 seconds of winning the mens. Dale Murray made it round the circuit in 5th, 33:45 and Tadhg Ryan-Charlton 9th, 34:21 making up a decent trio inside the top 10.
In the ladies Jessica was followed by Fiona McQuillan, 38:37 and Clair Quigley 40:57.
