North Down AC’s farthest flung member showed that missing regular weeknight club training sessions in Bangor hasn’t affected his performance. Jamie Coulter-Smyth, currently resident in New Zealand’s South Island ran the Mount Cook Half Marathon on Saturday 7th October in the national park surrounding the highest mountain in New Zealand. Jamie won the race in 1:13:33, nearly 5 minutes ahead of his closest competitor.
