A number of North Down AC athletes rated in the latest in the series of indoor athletics events at the University of Ulster’s Jordanstown campus took place on Saturday 10th February incorporating 60m sprints and 60m hurdles.
Jamie Moffatt won the U19 boys’ 60m sprint in 7.07.
In the U17 girls’ 60m Ruby Sterrett was 4th in the first heat in 8.52 and Anna Moran was 3rd in her heat in 8.72.
Ben Kirk finished 2nd in the U17 boy’s race in 7.63 while Curtis Hughes was 3rd in heat 2 in 7.55. Ryan Hamilton finished 5th in 7.71.
Caoimhe Fenlon finished 4th in the U15 girls’ race in 8.86 and Nyla Hughes 9.12 was 5th in the U14 girls’ 60m.
In the 60m Hurdles Caoimhe Fenlon finished 3rd in the U15 girls’ in 10.14 while Anna Moran was 2nd in the U17 and U18 race in 11.09.
