Its taken nearly a week, some of it pure soap opera, but the revised results of the Northern Ireland YAL girls results are now out. After disqualifications and several recounts, North Down girls came second by one point. The boys remain in first place.
It will be necessary to issue medals to people who have been promoted in the results and this will be done when they are available. The 4 x 400m U17 relay team are now winners of the inaugural event and will hence hold the league record.
