Francis Marsh and James Budde both had course pbs despite the freezing cold after great runs on Thursday evening at the Armagh International 5K Road Race. Part of an international series and tied in with a culture festival, the race was as usual loaded with international and cross channel athletes. Francis was 33rd in 15.29 and James was 37th in 15.37, very high placings for Northern Ireland locals.
