31 runners took part last Monday evening in a handicap / time trial along the dual carriageway from the Sportsplex to Ballygilbert and back – 4.38 miles. In an increasingly cosmopolitan club, Nicklas Arkenspar from Sweden was first back in an actual time of 26.55 minutes followed by Norman Wilson in 27.05 and Tony Wall in 27.16. Stephanie Hambling was first woman in 29.20 from Debbie Matchett in 29.55 and Sarah Bentonin 32.09.Thanks go to David and Brian for the handicap, Brian for the results and Eddie, and Glen for timekeeping.
