The current situation is that because of technical difficulties with the contractors it has been decided that the track should remain open until it is actually known when the contractors will be on site. The Track Managers took the decision late on Friday 19th May and have since written to all members informing them of this. They have also changed the notices around the pavillion informing everyone that the track will remain open for the foreseeable future. They will again notify members by letter and everyone by display notices when the circumstances change again.
