Running as part of a small Northern Ireland team at Bedford in the CAU inter Counties Championships; Amy Foster finished 4th in the 100m. Amy was 2nd in the heats with 11.97 sec and in the final ran a personal and club fastest of 11.75 secs. Not unfortunately valid this time for record purposes as she was credited with a +0.53 mps following wind but still pretty fast.
