Maybe it was post- Olympic euphoria, maybe it was the end of the track season, maybe the sunny start to the meeting. Whatever the reason, Bangor Sportsplex was packed for the season closer. This at a time when nobody is supposed to be intrested in track. The bulk of the athletes were juniors though not all and we have to apologise if the numbers caused the organisation to creak. There was a great turnout from Nicky’s U11 squad who seemed to be everywhere. Anyway thanks to all the athletes who came, to all those who officiated whether from North Down or further afield and hopefully we’ll do it all again next track season.
