Amy Foster again just missed the World Junior qualifying time of 11.90 secs for 100m on Friday evening at the DLV Junior International in Mannheim, Germany. Amy was second in one of the four heats in a season"s legal best of 11.93 (+0.4) and later won the B event in 12.00. On Saturday she went even closer finishing third in the 200m in 24.32 sec (+1.1). At 200m the Irish standard is 24.30 secs.
