Congratulations to Nicola Simpson who won a U19 silver medal in Killybegs at the Ulster and Northern Ireland cross country uneven age Championships. Brother Thomas was ill but finished 42nd in the U17 race. Robin Brown and John Carlisle were in the U19 race.
