[Not a valid template]With the Aurora Bangor Classic a week away, it was time for a sharpener at the Victoria Park ParkRun on Saturday. The first three places went to North Down runners with Michael Dyer coming in first in a 5K pb of 15:53 min. Francis Marsh was 2nd in 16:44 and Dennis Scott 3rd in 17:07. Good luck to Dennis in this week’s Berlin Marathom.
