[Not a valid template]There was another good club turnout on Friday evening at the Les Jones Memorial 10K along the Lagan towpath with a start and finish on the Mary Peters Track. Stephanie Hambling was first of the 15 North Down finishers as well as being 4th woman. Simon Cummings, Thomas Simpson, Debbie Matchett were close behind in a tight grouping with another one a minute or two back. Stephanie had competed the previos evening in the Hill and Dale 7 race at Monument where she was 3rd woman and 1st F35.
