A change in the weather on Saturday to a crisp, sunny and windless morning heralded a good day for parkruns and 11 North Down athletes were at Victoria Park. Gerry Coy was the first of them in 18:16 min with a parkrun pb and there were others from Gordon Wilkinson (21:32) and Marie Devine (23:19) plus a first appearance from Helen Ryan (25:03). Golden oldies Terry Eakin in his 96th parkrun, Michael Roberts and Pat O’Driscoll all did well.
