[Not a valid template]Conor McGrattan was the only club athleete on the first day of the All-Ireland AAI Age Group Championships at Tullamore. Conor was 4th in the U15 javelin, within 3cms of 3rd and with a big pb. A larger number went down on Sunday with Mark Patterson the miost succesful after winning the U17 800m in 1:59.16 min. His brother Michael had a bronze in the 1500m steeplechase in 4:57.41, a big pb and a first sub 5 minute clocking. John Carlisle was 5th in the U19 800m in 1:58.21, another pb. Jordan Stokes was 12th in the U16 800m in 2:17.03. For the girls Kim Shaw was 4th in the U19 400m, breaking her own club record with a pb of 59.55 sec, her first time under 60 secs. Kiki Malomo Paris continued her rehab with 12.97 in the U17 100m for 7th.
