Michael Dyer set a pb and 800m club record of 1:51.76 in placing 5th in the C race of the final BMC Grand Prix meeting at Crystal Palace on Saturday evening. Michael was content with getting under 1:52 at last, but felt that he didn"t run close to an ideal pace of race and could still go quicker.
