There was a glimpse of the future in the Golden Cow Games with Regional Development Squads on display. North Down athletes were well represented in the Belfast Regional Squad with the girl sprinters particularly conspicuous. The highlight was Kiki Malomo Paris, Natasha Paxton and Kathryn Colwell, along with Samantha Miskelly, not only winning the girls’ relay but beating all the boys’ teams.
