The Crawfordsburn Trail Race was held on Saturday morning in warm humid conditions, the winner being Paul Pollock of Abbey in 15:58 min from Dave Morwood and Paul Rowan. Francis Marsh for North Down was next in 17:00min, 2nd M40. John Carlisle was 8th, Jordan Stokes 15th and Gerry O"Boyle 20th and 1st M50. However it was in the womens race that North Down really came up trumps with Roberta Dornan winning in 20:27 min and Kerry Iveston 3rd while Stephanie Hambling, Lynne Kerr, Jill Dowie and Sarah Benton had a clean sweep of the vets prizes.
